Dylan Beam
Singer-Dancer-Actor
Dylan was born in Bethesda, Maryland in March 2011 during the time her dad was stationed there while serving in the Army. She started out the first 6 years of her life as a military kid moving from place to place. Following her dad's retirement, her family finally settled in Los Angeles, CA where her mother grew up.
Almost as soon as her feet touched LA soil she began asking her parents to "be on TV." After repeatedly being told "no" and her continued begging her parents went and bought her first monologue book and signed her up for her first acting class. Shortly after she was referred to a management team and got her first agent.
Since then Dylan has been part of many projects from commercial to voice-over to film/TV, but her true passion is Musical Theater. Her favorite musicals are Mean Girls and Beetlejuice and her favorite roles she's played on stage are Young Alison from Fun Home and Crutchie from Newsies. She hopes to one day be on Broadway.
As a singer, Dylan has written some of her own music and has a 4-octave range. Dylan continues to train in acting, vocal arts, and dance. When she's not performing or training she loves hanging out with friends, creating, and running her crochet business.
